These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Forge & Pace website and purchases made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Forge & Pace is operated by Vendix Inc, 227 W 4th St, 1st Floor #3130, Charlotte, NC 28202. The brand, product descriptions, photographs, layout, and code are presented for this storefront.

PRODUCTS AND PRICES

The current collection is listed below. Prices are shown in United States dollars and may change before an order is placed. Product images may vary slightly because of lighting, screens, and material differences.

We may correct obvious errors in pricing, availability, or descriptions. Adding an item to the bag does not reserve inventory.

ORDERS AND CARD DESCRIPTOR

An order is accepted when the website displays an order confirmation. We may decline an order if information is incomplete, an item is unavailable, or the order cannot be reasonably verified. Your credit card will be billed as FORGEANDPACE on your statement.

SHIPPING

Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days and delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days by USPS. Shipping is free for every order under the current store banner. Delivery timing can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and events outside our control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact contact@forgeandpace.com or use the Contact page before sending anything back. Items should be unused, clean, complete, and securely packed. After review, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported promptly with a description and photographs when practical.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, and avoid conduct that could disrupt, overload, scrape, damage, or compromise the website or its systems.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Forge & Pace name, branding, written content, product names, photographs, graphics, layout, and code are owned by or licensed to Vendix Inc. They may not be copied, republished, modified, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided as available and without implied warranties. Vendix Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the website or an order. Where liability cannot be excluded, the aggregate liability related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through written communication. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

CHANGES AND CONTACT

We may update these terms when the website, products, or legal requirements change. The current version is effective when posted.
